Day 1: June 7 - Arrival & Registration
- 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Arrival of Contestants & Check-in at Hotel
- 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Registration & Welcome Pack Distribution
- 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM: Welcome Dinner ,Sashing Ceremony & Gift exchange .
- Introduction of contestants
- Opening speech by Annie Manjuran (Founder)
- Overview of the week’s events
Day 2: June 8 - Orientation & Workshops
- 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Orientation Session
- Overview of the pageant structure, rules, and expectations
- Meet the judges and panelists
- 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Workshop: Confidence & Public Speaking
- Interactive session to enhance communication skills
- 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch Break
- 2-4 - PM: Workshop: **Tie Die Tshirt Workshop to donate for charity
- 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Fitness & Health Session
- Personal trainers will guide contestants through a fitness routine
- 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Pool party & Dinner & Networking Event
- Casual meet-and-greet with sponsors and other contestants
Day 3: June 9 - Photoshoots & Cultural Exploration
- 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Individual Photoshoots for Contestants
- Professional photographers capture contestants in different outfits
- 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch Break
- 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Cultural and charity Excursion in Phuket
- Visit iconic landmarks (e.g., Big Buddha, Old Phuket Town)
- Traditional Thai cultural experience
- 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Dinner & Cultural Performance
- Thai traditional dance and music performance
Day 4: June 10 - Cultural/ Talent Show & Interviews
- 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Cultural / Talent Show Rehearsals
- Contestants practice their talents in preparation for the show
- 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch Break
- 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Talent Show
- Contestants perform their unique talents (singing, dancing, etc.)
- 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Individual Interviews with Judges
- Personal interviews where contestants share their goals, passions, and stories
- 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM: Salsa Night & Dinner
Day 5: June 11 - Fitness Round & Evening Wear Rehearsals
- 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Fitness round Rehearsal
- Contestants practice their walk and poses in fitness wear
- 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM: Lunch Break
- 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Evening Wear Rehearsal
- Practice on stage for evening gown walk and presentation
- 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Personal Styling Session
- Tips and tricks for perfecting on-stage appearance
- 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Pyjama Night & Dinner
Day 6: June 12 - Preliminary Competition & Photoshoot
- 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Preliminary Competition
- Fitness and Evening Wear presentation
- Talent showcase performance
- 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch Break
- 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Professional Group Photoshoot
- Contestants pose for group photos in a themed setting
- 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM: Dinner
Day 7: June 13 - Coronation & Grand Finale
- 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Final Pageant Preparations
- Contestants prepare for the final stage presentation
- 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Final Rehearsals
- Final walkthrough for the coronation ceremony
- 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Lunch & Relaxation Break
- 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Final Pageant Event
- Contestants present in fitness wear, evening wear, and final walk
- 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Coronation Ceremony & Crowning of World Universal Queen
- Announcement of winners in various categories
- Coronation and crowning of the new World Universal Queen
- 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Farewell Celebration & After Party
- Celebration of all contestants and the crowning of the new queen
